PROGRESSION
Did not compete in 2012 and 2013 but made steady progress since 2014. "My javelin career has started to come together nicely over the past two years. I had elbow surgery late in 2017 and feel I am getting rid of injury niggles I had in my early 20s. I did not have a coach for four years because of my previous occupation, so I am glad to have been training with D.P BADENHORST and we have worked hard on my technique. I am excited for the next few years." (Athlete, Jan 2018)
