Rice University scholar athlete, twice selected for the Capital One Academic All-America program, and a top 10 honouree for the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Woman of the Year award in 2009. Also received an NCAA post-graduate scholarship to assist her in her pursuit of a PhD in industrial and organizational psychology at the University of Houston.
