Additional information

HOME GAMES
"To play on home soil at a Comm Games is a huge privilege. I wasn't expecting the call-up, but representing your country at any level, let alone at a Comm Games on home soil, is a huge honour. Just getting the chance to pull on that singlet and win a gold medal is exciting." (canberratimes.com.au, 7 Mar 2018)

RETIREMENT PLANS
"I have good years left in me, even if that might be weird to say at my age. My body feels good, and I'm playing at a good level. There's no reason I can't continue for a number of years. Basketball is just one aspect of your life and there are other things that are important. Or I might play until I'm 57. It's a fine line to balance between basketball and the rest of your life." (nbl.com.au, 9 Dec 2016)

NERD
"I'm a self-confessed nerd. I got a civil engineering under grad with a minor in maths, and then I got an MBA from Curtin (Perth, WA), and a Masters of traffic engineering at Monash (Melbourne, VIC). I recently enrolled in my Masters of financial planning. I know basketball won't last forever and I might not use those pieces of paper, but I enjoy studying, and if it helps out in the long run, then good." (nbl.com.au, 9 Dec 2016)

AWARDS
NBL Rookie of the Year in 2009 and Sixth Man in 2012. (nbl.com.au, 9 Dec 2016)
