WEIGHT
Having won the silver medal in the men's freestyle 96kg at the Delhi 2010 Commonwealth Games, he moved up a weight class for Glasgow 2014 and went one better, picking up gold in the 125kg. "I was always around 106 kilograms. It was just the choice not to cut weight any more. I was wrestling well at either weight class, but this one just fit me better. DUAL DISCIPLINE
A three-time world championship team member, Jarvis has made six appearances at the Pan American Championships, winning six medals, including bronzes in the freestyle and Greco-Roman disciplines in 2011. FUNDRAISING
